He does not contact Neoteric again until 2012.

Mar. 2013 Christy Hovercraft sends a Cease and Desist notice to MosHovercraft / Globatek Group JSC, who is publishing material and posting advertisements that contain copyrighted and trademarked materials owned by Neoteric Hovercraft, Inc. Moshovercraft.ru has plagiarized numerous photos and videos from the Neoteric Hovercraft web site neoterichovercraft.com, including numerous large photos in their web site header which include
unauthorized use of the “Neoteric Hovercraft” trademarked business name and the “Hovertrek™ trademarked
product name.
MosHovercraft refuses to comply with Christy Hovercraft’s Cease and Desist Order.
Illegally representing themselves as an official representative of Neoteric Hovercraft, Inc. in Russia, MosHovercraft / Globatek Group JSC exhibits illegal “restyled” copies of the patented Neoteric Hovertrek™ at the Moscow Boat Show.
12 Apr. 2013 Neoteric Hovercraft, Inc. serves MosHovercraft / Globatek Group JSC with a Cease and Desist Order. In a reply email to Neoteric Hovercraft, MosHovercraft refuses to comply, stating that “Last week we opened shop with your hovercrafts (http://dexter-tc.ru)”.
MosHovercraft has no authorization or any legal right to manufacture, “restyle”, market or sell Neoteric Hovercraft and is doing so illegally.
14 June 2013 Gleb Danilov of Christy Hovercraft reports the following to Neoteric:
“MosHovercraft is a trading company selling different manufacturers’ hovercraft. Previously, they were selling our products, but they constantly violate contractual obligations. After a year of working with them we have stopped any relationship with them and terminated the contract. We have officially asked to remove information about our products and products of Neoteric Hovercraft, Inc. from their website. However, they did not react in any way to this fact.” |
